What's the single most broken build in the entire game in your opinion? For those unfamiliar, if you're mean to gangs they will aggro on sight unless that will break the mission/gig you're executing. To get around this you can wait an adjustable amount of time until they calm back down, or you can dress V in clothing resembling the gangs (which are tagged in the wardrobe by the mod). As long as you don't act sus and don't get too close to them, gangoons will take you for one of their own, which is good for V at this point since she's still fragile enough to be one-tapped by random mooks thanks to ENC, Hardcore22, and Guns Redone.
