My 3 stack seems to be able to do Savage Omega reliably now. Gunlance, Sword and shield and Great Sword. That immortal meme build is no joke for the tank. I started running anti-paralysis to face fuck the spider with a rock steady mantle. Far casting out or having the S&S take aggro after 2-3 HP downs is crucial in the last stage.I also preferred randos to the bots. Randoms at least attack the spider instead of jacking off on the bird. Dual blade randoms seem pretty beneficial. It’s also fun helping them out.
Did the update fuck anyone else's performance? I had all my settings the same since the beginning with no issues but going through the story Gore and Arkveld I have some issue where the frames and resolution seem to get worse as the game goes on. Even after restarting several times.

The only reason Savage Omega is difficult is because of the complete randomness of the one-hit kills which compromise 90% of its moveset.

It's also neat to see how fleshed out the pack AI is, it seemed like the monsters that had less HP were being protected by healthier ones. They also hate splitting up, and will travel in a group. So I've been trying DBs without really looking into it so I was a bit confused on what I was supposed to be doing with it but I think I've kinda figured it out. So correct me if I'm wrong but I believe what the flow I'm supposed to go with is I first press R2 to enter the special mode thing and do basic attacks to build up the gauge under my stamina and then once I build it up enough I then consume the gauge by doing the circle + triangle move that deals the big damage. Rinse and repeat all the while making sure I don't run out of stamina by turning the mode off with R2 to get my stamina back. Is this generally correct or is there some other moves I'm sleeping on?
