Once I reach an ending, I reload and go back to the most recent choice and pick the other option that I didn't choose the first time. I repeated this until I finished the game. The only exception I can think of is when I reached a lock I didn't go back to it until I finished every other available route.

They’ll all be fine after, plus all the commanders are dead everyone can still use their powers off planet (CoT ending written by Kodaka) and if need be Yugamu can remove all their bombs.I assume what’ll happen after is working out how to work things out between the satellite and the planet since the SDU can translate now.
