Encounters don't need to be made easier with addon removal. They need to be better designed. That means more telegraphed information on your screen to let you know what you need to do. Healing shouldn't require looking at a boss timer and starting a ramp. Enemy casts shouldn't require a preplanned kick rotation to prevent a wipe. None of that stuff is fun, and with addons it's not even hard either.
