From what I recall you can do at least 2 regions worth of sidequests without hitting level cap but I've heard mixed reports of the last areas level scaling. Personally I entered at 40 finished at 45 and never ran into anything higher than 2 levels above me

Still figuring out how to stay alive, but I am having gun just running in, dying and then watch everything explode around me.Build is about flux generator + nuclear winter thing + group research capstone, the which gives you Halo + generator class mod. Halo works weird, as it nulifies ability damage, but generator buffs nuclear winter, giving 75% buff to radiation damage, which also double crits on radiation shots. I wanna farm that sniper rifle that turns crits into guaranteed status shots, see hoe it gonna work.
