It caps at 6K, Aoi's caps at 10K.But Monaka is still strong enough to overpower literally every other ST in the game.Also the Monaka comp they used for that example cant fit Yuina. Yuina provides Light Crit DMG Up which is better than just plain Light Attack Up if I'm understanding the damage formula correctly.
