From Muchomon's jump scare to Lucemon FM pulling off his Kinniku Buster. It's a very creative way of getting around animating cutscenes with an enemy target.

I have an idea of how to implement the X Digimon. An equipable item called the X virus. When equiped, the Digimon receives a boost to all stats but suffers increased SP cost and healthdrain after every turn. Eventually after enough battles, the Digimon builds their resistance to the X virus and won't suffer the healthdrain anymore. For some Digimon, doing so then causes them to evolve to their X form. In the case of natural X antibody carriers, they immediatly have the resistance and won't suffer the health drain, though still have the increased SP cost.

What’s the best difficulty for the Cyber Sleuth games? From what I remember when I tried it before Normal was like baby’s first video game level difficulty and Hard was damage sponge hell (piercing skills required). Thinking about the story now that I'm through it, there were some real moments of brilliance in the plot but as a whole it was pretty whatever. It really feels like Habu wanted to get crazy ambitious and then had to be dropped towards the end of development because his ideas weren't feasible before release.

I somehow keep forgetting Aegiomon is a Digimon. Dressing him up as TK just makes him as normal as anyone else. Running 01-mons and dressing up like 01 cast members just reinforces this for me.
