Let’s talk about Fuyuko’s Parallel Collection.It’s understandable to be upset about her PC. Locking important content behind an outrageous monetary scheme, introducing yet another rare material, and releasing a four panel manga that both spoiled and somewhat misled the content are among the biggest mistakes made in recent years. However, while the issues surrounding this card may justify criticism, the story itself is brilliant and overhated. Also Fuyuko’s PC is not meant to be a standalone piece but rather the first chapter of the "Straylight What If" miniseries, with Asahi as the second chapter and Mei as the third and final one.Anyway, in the distant future, Straylight has disbanded, and Fuyuko has quit being an idol. She leaves 283P and joins another company as an actor, where she performs well. However, when she encounters 283P twice, the vibe is uncomfortable. The story concludes in the present, where Fuyuko scolds 283P for neglecting his health. She decides they will spend time watching movies together. The movie they watch is about a popular idol who retired suddenly, a scenario Fuyuko experienced in a dream. She warns 283P never to fall asleep during the film.What makes this PC exceptional is not just the story but the audio. I would argue that the dialogue itself matters less than how it’s delivered. Listen to how Fuyuko speaks to her new manager, her classmates, and most importantly 283P. She remains to be her Fuyu persona, yet her words are filled with uncertainty and doubt. Did I make the right choice? Am I on the right path? This contrasts with the present day Fuyuko, who is confident and assertive. The stark difference between the first two chapters and the final one makes the story compelling, and the writer’s ability to convey this contrast highlights what makes SC special.I’m not a FuyukoP, so I may have missed something important, but this card sparked my curiosity about her character, and I am going to read more of her content soon.

That said, I don’t think her quitting would necessarily be a bad ending. If you truly hate something, you stop caring about it. But Madoka can’t let go, which shows how much it matters to her.

Hello, EOP here. I'd like to start playing gakumasu. Is there a helpful starting guide for EOPs? I know I won't get as much enjoyment from this game as an EOP compared to the rhythm games, but I'd like to start anyways and use it to help myself learn japanese through practical use. I won't be looking into competing or being "meta" because I'm starting a gacha game after its release, and I don't intend to drop huge money on the game yet.
