You know Maost is very much one of the strongest IDs in the game but her strength still feels overblown. The gimmick of free S3s looks broken on paper but in practice I am rarely able to do it outside of a big setup for a massive burst turn. On top of all that, the Shi have very high recruitment standards so replacements are slow while the remaining sections have to pick up the slack from what was already a lot of work per fixer.
