Richard Jacques never stopped working on on Sonic or at least with SEGA, however he did stop making vocal songs in his classic style. I feel like they should have had him do something similar to Sonic R/3D Blast for Mania or Superstars. I love Senoue and I like his Classic music, but I think he would shine more on the modern games, while Richard Jacques would fit the Classic branch better instead of doing random stuff like the Boom soundtracks or remixes for Shadow Generations
