I think a good middle ground for decisive strike is that the stun last 4 seconds.long enough to deter M1 killers, but not so long that it hurts mobility killers. or that it at least hides scratch marks, pools of blood, and grunts of paint for 3 seconds as well. :)

UB on its own almost never gets value, and when nobody is slugging to wait out DS you're probably not gonna get a chance to use it. Dredge is one of those killers where he either feels like a secret A tier or one of the worst killers in the game and it all depends on the map

For example, there's no reason why a killer can't become Exhausted, they just presently have no way of becoming so. But they couldn't use Sprint Burst, because that requires breaking into a sprint, which killers can't do. However, a killer could activate Balanced Landing, which would give them a huge speed boost. Combined with that shaking thunder perk it would be situational but insane.

I took a break from dbd to play some dark and darker, and discovered why dbd has such staying power for me. As imbalanced as dbd is, sometimes that imbalance will work in your favor even if you don't go in with any meta. Lose a couple times and you will get a match that you can beat if you play well. Dark and darker is just dogshit where you can't even know how tilted against you a fight will be, and you are just erased by a bad class matchup or just someone bringing in better gear. You just have to assume you have no chance to win unless you bring the absolute best possible equipment. And in dbd you don't LOSE progress or time invested for getting fucked over by balance.

Survivors bring Nurse, Ghoul, Blight and whoever else you consider unfun top tiers to play against on themselves. When you play them, and win without much effort, the survivors complain about how the game was unfun and you hardly earned your victory, and most of the time they're right. But when you play Deathslinger or Bubba or Ghost Face or whatever other killer who has to play great and smart and depend on survivors making a few mistakes in order to 4k, what do these same survivors do? Everything they can to ruthlessly mock and rub salt into any mistake that killer player makes throughout the game, try to make them feel as small as possible, and then mock them further in the postgame chat. So what does that killer player do? He goes back to Nurse, or Ghoul, or Blight. This isn't a chicken or the egg situation, because it's always the killer player who is being bold and making the step to play a killer he knows is outright destined to 2k at best if the survivors are competent and don't slip up at all. He does it for the sake of fun and variety but it's the survivor players who spit in the face of this and make it a miserable experience. All the survivor players have to do is search for a game. They can complain about being put against top tier killers who have an easy time, but they should in turn be grateful and play respectfully against killers who will not have an easy time. This doesn't mean let them win, this doesn't mean that at all. It means stop humilating them just because you can, or they will go away, and you will be left with more Nurses, Ghouls and Blights.

Some Dredge players are going to be turbo skilled assholes, and some Ghoul players are going to be super friendly and clueless with a 1k average. Some survivor players are going to be grateful and respectful towards low tier killers playing at high MMR. Only taking into account when I did immediately destroy a dropped pallet and got the full benefit of the slowdown, I found it was unnoticeable and made no difference.

I've had 3 notable bugs on Ghoul over the past month, 2 of which happened today which is why I'm making this post.1) While I was on the bottom floor in the main hall of RPG, I tentacle latched a survivor behind a vault on the balcony on the top floor. It teleported me directly under her, still on the first floor, and turned as if to vault the vault above me on the second floor, and then I froze in place. For the rest of the trial, I couldn't move or taken any actions, and nor could she. She died to the Entity after the EGC. 2) Just a few games ago on Toba Landing, after leaping off the top floor of the spaceship, I landed on top of a rock. I realized I could consistently do it. 3) In the game I just finished, after leaping after someone on Eyrie, during that little unsafe pallet on a 'mound' of little staircases, I went flying very high vertically. Unfortunately I fell back down very quickly and inbounds. Bonus bug:4) As a survivor, after walking slowly off one of the drops from the second floor into the open area in the middle of the Silent Hill map, you can fall very slowly as if you're levitating and it takes about 10 seconds to land. This was before one of recent bugfix patches so I don't know if it's still possible. Hopefully somebody finds any of this interesting.
