If you want a strong Ice DPS, if that's your plan, or even just a decent Ice Blaster, Yuina4 is never a particularly bad option, due to her Utility. And of course, if you want to do the Low Turn Count Strategies in the future, she's always a good option there, but that doesn't mean that she's *mandatory* by any measure. She's functional outside of higher LBs, but those higher LBs are where she shines (10 SP to use a 10 Hit Blasting Skill at LB3, if you have Yuina3's Common), so she's not a bad target for your Shards, but you can feel free to hold off on the time being. Assuming Tsukasa4 is also running this week (not impossible), Yuina4 is still probably the highest value unit (I'll cover Tsukasa4 more if she does run this week, in a write up for her), between her, Tsukasa4 and Isuzu3, so if you have to pull one of the 3, Yuina4 is the best option, especially due to her Limited Nature as a Unison (who are all at least really good). That said, don't think she's mandatory, as good as Yuina4 is. So yes, She's Probably Worth It.>TLDR:>Strong Ice DPS who can also blast, Blasting Variant of her EX is way cheaper and is great at building OD, Common Skill gives Frontline Extra Turn, and her LBs help improve her SP economy. Most likely worth it, as a Unison and strong DPS/Utility Hybrid, but excels moreso at Higher LBs. Still nice at lower LBs though.

A lot of mid range characters that were good and viable and were used by everyone became worse. So the meta is basically just spamming unisons/admirals. Most fielders, debuffers and specialized buffers just don't contribute enough to outdo good stuff broken units because all the effect now do the same shit.

After they added green tickets, people started noooticing things. For example, look at this score challenge videohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaTvuhVFInMYuri(free unit) + Megumi(extremely common old style) + 4 SS1(green ticketable) get 2 mil score on auto. No diva, no unisons, no nothing. They probably immediately started sweating with people posting crap like that. Post nerf, you have to play good stuff to get score this big.
