Not going to put much thought beyond that into it until actual rule changes are on the table. I also don't really appreciate the late-stage change in rules in general. Like I've pretty much already got everything prepared I was ready for PES16 part two weed boogaloo and I really don't feel like going back to make sure my team functions against teams that are running their entire team out of position on defense. I know it seems small as well but it is actually annoying to make sure streamers have fluid turned on every match. And unless most of this was behind the scenes, the only dude I saw complaining about the forced fluid rule was CollieSis. So I'm under the impression that it was just old niggas telling you that this one thing will definitely "fix" this PES and you didn't really test it out. And in general I think this change to using 15 should have been much less haphazard. We probably should have had one more cycle of 17 so that you guys could figure out how 15 works again to make an actual ruleset for it. Sounds like you know that though since you're putting 18 on the R&D table rather than immediately making it next. Sorry for the wall of text.

I think 15 is generally broken and not one that I want to watch much and especially work with from a management perspective, but GSSBB and buffed non medals could at least mitigate some of the ridiculously poor defending. The other issue is that a team has to be assembled in specific ways to avoid the ball getting stuck in the back line for 15 minutes, and I don't know if those changes will help prevent that or cause it to happen more.
Again, with the fucking footing, strikers are already pretty abysmal on 15 sometimes
