is losers queue/elo hell an actual thing? I nearly got to emerald recently, but for the past week every game has been a shit show of someone inting their minds out or mental booming into running it down. I had a good winrate and had been playing with someone a division below me, so did riot think i was a smurf or something and put me into garbage games? I still perform fine, but can't control my teammates feeding then having them run the game over. It was never this bad until right before I nearly promoted

I'm not your same ELO, am Silver, but if I play a bit too well on stats and win too often, some of the next games are definitely garbage. Like, I go check the lobby stats, and see that the enemy team is like ex Emerald peaker but seasonal Gold and Platinum, another is seasonal Gold, another one is a semi-fresh account with high win rate, then another ex Emerald peaker; meanwhile my team is your average Silver-Bronze player. Left me asking myself the same question, "Did the system think I was a smurf or something?".

>>542462113yes, a vast majority of accounts go through the exact same patterns of winning and losing, riot themselves have admitted that the outcome of 90% of your games are out of your influence, 45% being wins 45% being losses. losersq refers to the loss streak that follows shortly after a winstreak to even out the elo gains. loserq games generally have autofilled junglers, other players also on loss streaks, players going crazy first timing a champ not even remotely similar to their 2mil mastery one trick. these games are very obviously rigged just by op.gging to lobby, which is why riot took away the ability to see names in champ select. this game stopped being actually competitive in 2018, with the system gradually refining into the perfect hamster wheel
