By nature the dramas usually happen spontaneously (miscommunication, coincidences, irrational actors, etc) and most importantly are very, very drawn out. Those listed are just... dramas, most don't even lead anywhere and just for characterization. KR is an epic with a big cast, many of whom are women (shocking, I know), and they appear for the first time in KR, so there is a variety of types of personal and interpersonal dramas to tell their stories.

Gatekeeping something is impossible on a long enough timeline so I say our time has yet to come, though maybe the best means of Gateekeping available to Japanese media is a lack of translation, but we're out of luck on that front and wouldn't even be here if not for that, so we are just doomed at some point.

Because of how IF is implemented in the mod, strong enough mundane attacks and magic can damage majin and maou. You still need Lance, as Gele still ends up with almost double her starting HP from life draining 50 something Leazas soldiers.
