I would say that Revenant is the most brain dead, but there isn't really a frame that can both nuke and be immortal with no effort. I would personally recommend xaku if you can keep up with the timers. His evasion makes shield gating fairly comfy and the guns from his 2 shoot for you, all you really need to do is roll or shield gate from time to time and refresh buffs. If you want to make it truly brain-dead, you can equip a huras kubrow to go invisible and let the floating guns do all the work.
