I have had the urge to return to League of Legends. I had started playing at the end of last year. I had Riot Support deactivate my account because they would not refund my blue essence points when I did not receive them after they did the changes. Would it be worth it to level up a new account? Has match making been fixed at all? I was regularly playing against Diamond and Master level players in the normal queue, and I placed in Platinum 3 after my ranked games despite only playing against Emerald and higher players and having a good win rate of 7-3 in those ranked games. It was fun when the teams were balanced, but picrel was practically every game for me and it was always an uphill battle for me.
