Depends. If you're going to harmonize characters anyways later, then it's fine.
The reasoning to what's harmonized and what actually put on the character is simple - you harmonize the 2p that have less atk stat. However, that is minmaxing autism that will very likely never affect your gameplay.
At the end of the day, the resources for memories in this game are essentially endless, and will only become more abundant as you build more characters. Even hypertune materials you eventually will have a lot, unless you're turbo autistic meta minmaxer with 5 sets on each frame.

I got my legion go yesterday and the first thing i did was install pgr. At first the controllers were a mess but somehow worked after checking controller mode but now even if try controller mode the buttons are all over the place and don't function properly. For example, if I press basic attack which by default is right button I get the menu instead.
I already checked that the controller set up is correct on the controller software, fucking hell man. If I try it in my pc controllers work fine, any ideas?

Ishmael is often used in ppc and super ppc as a finisher due to her ability to very quickly ult, but runs support amp that in that case. With 2p eins now that it was changed. She is also on average better than SSS 21 in lightning (at the moment) as she ults twice per warzone.
Luna runs 2p eins harmonized in void, but again, as I said, it'd be irrelevant in the next patch, so leaving that unchanged is fine now.

In PvE I just rotate between characters and their skills, but the gameplan is always the same: build as much DPS for a specific elem as possible. I usually ignore the HP < 20% shit. Usually your second skill you receive is a choice between shield and heal and I prefer heals. In PvP my best run was with Uncle with blood skills going full DPS, only lost the very first battle simply because of raw stats difference. He would blow up opponents in two seconds while barely surviving, unless it was some tanky fuck then it would take 3 seconds instead, but survive at 50%
