Overall Evaluation

Initially, Mituru seems like she could be a main C using Divine Techniques (70 energy cost), similar to Makoto.

In reality, she turns out to be submission disguised as rebellion: her stats and mechanics make her awkward in most situations.


Low Awareness Output: Suffers from the same issue as Katayama—Awareness 6 output occupies her attack model, leaving her low-awareness performance weak.

Support Abilities: Because she is technically a rebellion unit, her support is completely outclassed by other rebellion or submission units. Her extra utility may not even surpass Makoto, who also has class-based output restrictions.

Early Skill Activation: Her ability to act 4 turns early is situational and tricky to optimize. For example:

With A0, Aika’s S1 on Turn 1 cannot fully stack to Skill 3 on Turn 2.

Futaba can adapt to a 2-turn support cycle, but it requires Mayumi + Futaba at Awareness 6, which causes defense reduction to massively overshoot.

Overall, this seems tailored mainly for Fuuka.


Comparison with Akechi:

Both provide extra damage mechanics. Akechi’s bonus is percentage-based and scales with stats, while Mituru’s is fixed damage.

As stats scale, Mituru’s fixed bonus becomes weaker.

Mituru does have slightly lower input lag at A0 and costs less to deploy.

Marginal unit. Not particularly exciting and not a huge loss if skipped.


Before Awareness 6: Mituru can only function as Makoto’s specialized support or occasionally in a double-main-C setup (sharing the damage role with another main attacker) for guild battles.

After A6: She becomes viable as a sub-C or main C, making her much more flexible in team compositions.

She is situational, so plan around teams where her abilities complement main Cs rather than replacing them.

Verdict:

Mituru is niche and situational.

She shines mainly when paired with Makoto or in very specific guild battle setups.

Outside of A6, her role is limited, and other support units often outperform her.

Harmony-Victory specifically.
Victory adds chip damage to her attacks, and I think it includes her follow-ups too, and since you'd be popping that up fairly frequently you'll easily be able to trigger Harmony which applies a DMG taken debuff on the enemies.
As it stands there's a number of great card combos for her.
Harmony-Victory if you want to focus on her follow-ups.
Trust-Prosperity if you want to focus on her support aspect so long as you don't run her with Chord.
Faith-Love if you want to focus on her healing capabilities.
And then there's Integrity-Pleasure if you want to use her as some sort of Psy Sweeper I guess.

For non-flower-synergy gifts, the purple/blue store gifts are usually the most efficient, and you can usually buy multiple of each of them each calendar week, so there is little incentive to pre-buy store gifts.
After I am at a good level with whatever the newest synergy is, I will start banking the weekly energy drinks and teas to prepare to power level the next synergy, and try to build up a cash reserve so I have funds to buy the first time gold gifts to speedrun early levels.

Replace Motoha with someone actually useful, put Lufel on healing duty, Shun on S3>S1, and use Wonder for buffs and shields.
The rest is the usual, level up your characters, their weapons and skills, and give them sets of cards.
Also don't forget to build your navi. 15% of their stats are passed to your party. 20% if you're using a 5* navi like Phoebe.

if you have enough jewels to guarantee futaba and a healer then it might be worth it but you might want to have as many jewels as poosible anyway for future characters and minamis probably coming to the standard pool around early januray if you want to wait and have some gold tickets saved up, and from losing 50/50’s or the 165 chance from the 110 banner and the healers you have until then are good enough for your team, so youll get her eventually but if you have bad luck it might be a while
the best thing to do imo is to just pull who you like, i know it probably inst smart but im skipping futaba because im not that interested in her and pulled minami on her rerun because i really like her and regretted skipping her

If you can beat tech 30 part one with 100% all bonus-points-damage, so all phys/wind no aoa no any other damage type, you can actually beat part 2 with zero bonus-points-damage, and just blow it away with Queen or whatever your best single target nuker is. Done right, and you still have just enough points to 3 star. You can throw in some wind and/or phys damage on side 2 just to make sure. If you can all survive the first AOE you can burn side 2 down in 3 sets of player turns, before the enemy yoshi gets it's second aoe on it's 3rd turn.

Pre Yoshi I did setana & unstacked ryuji on side one without doing any aoa or non-windphys damage, then standard queen team but replaced a buffer with fleuret on side two just to pad the score numbers, but Queen killed side 2 before fleuret could act a second time since her incidental speed was higher, so fleuret only got one wind attack in, and I still had more then enough to 3 star tech 30.
