Alright week 3 just starter so I want to clear some things out, the waitlist is still there and we want to allow as many people to join, we will most likely hit the next upgrade this week but that's only 8 spots.This will be a slow week even with the new event coming out in a few days as the next 10 days or so are there for people to gear up and get ready to take on masters which means there's some things that need to be addressed.Yotsuba is not a hardcore/raiding guild and will never be such, having a slower pace and enjoying the game is fine, so is idling but during cbt all the idling happened inside the guild hall and that is no longer the case, we now have idling spots so if all you want to do is hang out and idle you no longer need to be part of the guild and as such we will be most likely removing people that have decided to not play the game at all.This won't happen right away as it would be unfair to everyone involved, you'll have a few more days to catchup and rejoin everyone but if your idea of playing its to just chat and idle, you'll be welcomed to do so at the idling spot. However, keeping a slot in the guild when others want to join and engage is not okay and will be seen as inactivity as well.You're not forced to do anything, this includes stuff like cargo and check in, but you're expected to play the game to some extent as the main goal of being in a guild is to have people to play with, we will not enforce min GS or contribution but we do notice who simply isn't interested in playing the game.
