Wegger devs and fans alike tend to do this but when they make a game/mod they just want to shove every feature they can think of into it. Sure it sounds cool on paper but 9/10 times its buggy or outright doesn't work and the directions on how to use the mod are MIA or enigmatic at best. The worst part of all is that it ends up not even being fappable. There's just too much clunkiness or visual clutter that makes the experience just unarousing. It's assumed you have this library of story developments from more influential works built up in your head, and then what the work does is it just taps at them like piano keys and you're supposed to experience the pathos associated with them that drove you to want to [play a game] in the genre in the first place. Very little innovation is ever intended or attempted. For NTR there's also an element of not wanting to seriously depress your audience looking to just masturbate, which is why most NTR isn't very serious. That's not to say it's all like that, but most of the genre isn't, and you're probably not a fan of NTR itself but rather specific NTR works if you dislike the tropes.

Just make the protagonist a voyeur chad. Some guy with superhuman stealth skills that observes sexual relationships and masturbates to them. That way you can observe NTR and vanilla relationships without any of the downsides. We the players observe people having sex to begin with. It just makes sense for the game to acknowledge this.
