It's just too many hoops to jump through for a more often than not lacking payoff. 10/15 feel like such odd breakpoints and the forced requirement for more free evo effects is very limiting on set design. I wish they would have reworked the requirements into something different so that it actually felt like a more natural, elegant mechanic.
