Im back with that emea and RL regional league post no one cares aboutUp until now, every RL team had to have at least 3 players from the relevant region. so, french teams had to have at least 3 french players, the other two could be imports. there were ways to circumvent this, for example, if a player played I think two splits in a certain region, from there on they would be seen as player from that region and no longer count towards imports cap.there was, however, a problem. many smaller leagues suck, this is obvious, not every league is super popular, not every league has rich teams investing in it. NLC league for example is populated entirely by shit teams AND recently also, Los Ratones. LR obviously stomps shit NLC teams. Then they want to move to the arguably best RL, the french league. but they cant, because none of them are french. boohoo. Fortunately for them, riot bends over, spreads the asscheeks, and from the next split onwards, leagues will no longer have the requirement of 3 players being from that region. koreans and gooks need not apply, they are still treated as imports and the cap of 2 imports still exists, but all emea teams can mix however

Can someone explain to a pleb why people take conq on kassadin? I've tried it and barely got any healing at all and absolutely zero in landing phase. Is it really just for the stacking AP? I have much more success with electrocute and PoM/Cut Down. I even build ROA and tried to stay in fights long enough to get stacks but it didn't feel impactful.
