Archie had humans who were at first called Overlanders who were evolved humans, but when they had to adapt Sonic Adventure they introduced regular humans.Fleetway had humans on Mobius despite the Earth plotline. There were three other named humans on Mobius besides Robotnik/Kintobor living on Mobius and I think there were some shown in the background of earlier issues.IDW is the oddball of Sonic comics because it does not have humans at all despite being in a setting where there is supposed to be humans since it's supposed to take in a universe similar to the games with events from past games happening.

If you google line of action, there are a lot of guides on how to make dynamic poses.You're right that drawing women tends to be funner than drawing men though. You could always try drawing curvy Sonic characters like Rouge? I tend to go very slightly off-model with her in order to accentuate her features. It's also a genuinely good idea to learn how to draw humans early. If you git gud at drawing Sonics but don't learn how to draw humans, it's gonna stunt your drawing skills. Drawing real animals also helps because you can learn how muscles bend and stretch.
