You can change your favorite apostles later (I think the reset takes a day, otherwise you need to use crystal leaves).
Also you can't favorite Eldyne apostles. The favorite system exists to raise standard apostle stats. You can tell if an apostle is an Eldyne by checking the Devotion cost to pity, Eldynes are 300 and standard units are 200.

The run I died at 600k at I'm not exactly sure what was the cause other than Kidian killing herself. This run I picked the same cards, but instead I saved the raindrops for as long as I could before picking them to grab the essentials like max HP and defense (i only took Max hp card and raindrop card in both runs to have 100% multiplier). After Kidian predictably died at around 700k I waited until Kommy got swarmed, but was basically unkillable by then due to Blessing and HP regen card and her own constant sleeping, that Kidian's revival meant she had free teleports on enemies and they wouldn't attack her at all. And I also maxed the execute card which seemed to help keep enemies coming in a fashioned line instead of spilling around and hitting Levi and Kidian.

Dimension Clash is heavily mono personality team dependent, Frontier as the other anon pointed out is a mode without personality buffs and high utility apostles seem more important there, for pushing high level Habanero stages on Crusade it just seems like it depends on whatever is available to you; although it seems like healers and shielders are important here.

KR doesn't play it that way. You need 175 shards to fully max a character when they add assides, and that's when a character truly becomes busted. There is absolutely no way you'll be able to do that for every color unless you're a whale. So it's much better to have 1 main color team with max assides (and a couple of off-color Eldyne for Frontier) then to invest into 5 shitty teams.

if rat/lily are killing your ass, do the following
>use yomi
>use espi (level 1 works fine on rat, may struggle on lily)
>get chalice of origins or healing pendant
>put it on espi
espi will keep the boss silenced 24/7 which avoids random skills one shotting your team
adding ui can help make it more consistent if your yomi is not maxed
