There have been a few mods that improve immersion as far as V interaction with other characters like Immersive V Dialogue Expanded, Say Hi Choom, Responsive V, and Say Something Dammit. Also mods that allow gangs to call reinforcements when fighting V or other gangs, They Will Remember makes it so gangs will aggro on sight for a set amount of time if you kill a bunch of them, etc.
