Hustle Cry similarly to Booing needs a unique skill to really carry it, but stacking crit rate (or accuracy if you're trying to make Knightmon work) can be decent. Fortifying Charge can be alright, but has negative synergy with Great Embrace, and thus everything that wants it. Weak Point Blitz sounds cool, but I have never noticed a difference it actually makes.Strategic Order is honestly pretty solid. It's boring, but 5% crit is good. Haymaker is only worth it for digimon with high crit uniques, otherwise Strategic Order is just better. Secret Sage Art is nice at the beginning of the game, but is irrelevant at the end. Planning Ahead, Cheer, and Fast Break are pretty bleh, Slow Start and Meditation are probably actively detrimental, because they're gonna push you to make bad decisions about leaving people out. Any low health skill is contrary to the Great Embrace cluster.Wisdom skills are irrelevant.Soothing Song can be nice, but again, you tend to have more than enough SP once you're at the end of the game. Still can be good on something you don't know what else to get. Never really fucked with Song of Triumph, no idea if it actually matters. Then as far as personalities themselves go, Brave and Astute are probably just the best, for physical and magical attackers respectively. If you have a mixed attacker, actually you don't, you have a magical attacker with situational access to physical, so do astute.
