I just realized just how fucked Destiny, and it's players really are. Destiny, annoyingly, never had a successful rival, it's likely to end soon with nothing to replace it and in a compromised state. Bungie moves onto Marathon, assuming success there, and assuming failure Bungie try to squeeze more cash out of either Destiny or Marathon to keep afloat on a further smaller dev team, a dev team that wouldn't be able to finally end the DCV, or actually start improving D2. So then Destiny players are stuck wanting more of what no one else seemingly can make except Bungie, just like Halo players left high and dry for 13 years.Anyone still attached to this franchise is fucked, just judging by how Halo fans ever since Bungie left them.
