Slayer and "charge stacking" almost always means considering the charge wheel at the south end of the skill tree. There's your endurance charge on kill. For passive generation there aren't many options other than an Enduring Composure 2-pt armor jewel, the Deflection notable if you're weapon+shield, using Enduring Cry, or maybe a Red Dream/Nightmare. Staff slayers can use Smashing Strikes which seems like a good anoint if you can't travel that far.

With so much golem buff effect running one Chaos golem gave multiple Endurance charges worth of phys dam reduction in addition to what as available on the skill tree. Don't forget the pre-nerfed Basalt flask for 15% more phys damage reduction. Thing was tanky like a Juggernaut back then. I was doing Sirus 8 and 9s all league long. Blight was fairly easy but my build wasn't truly AFK compared to Carrion Golem versions.

Pyroclast mines basically now counts as 7~ mines-out baseline (with no mine aura effect), with the 35% more base damage increase.It also has exposure which presumably scales with aura effect. If you detonated 23 mines before it would cause 147 projectiles and now it would do 169, which is around 15% more projectiles.Compared to 23 mines-out added damage aura effect you had before you are missing out on around 180 added base damage, which would have to be compensated for with 130~ added damage, added damage is now 37.5% more effective.So, ultimately pyroclast mines has traded 130 added fire damage for 15% more multiplier on single target. With a little bit better clear, but that's nominal. In a completed build this is a buff.Astral Projector is still relatively important though.
