Like the tracer player is the distraction rather than the finisher. And they pull enough attention that the subsequent dive is more effective. So you need to force her out really fast before you get jumped on, also without burning important abilities. Sometimes you can get around it by bunkering and repelling the dive or counter diving and sacrificing some of your team, and other times it feels like you just need someone to take the duel to give everyone else space to keep the fight fair
