Finally got around to trying out the new Branded structure deck. I'm quite impressed with it. I'm just using a deck made up of three copies of the structure, and I can do end boards likes this. Got both the new quickplay spell and Branded Retribution set, and can summon the Stigmata-Devouring Dragon on my opponent's turn with it's full towers effect live. This is a good deal for budget players. The only thing I don't like about the new structure is that fact it doesn't come with any extra deck Despia monsters, so I can't take full advantage of Granguignol's GY effect.

Alright, I need some ideas. Currently, I'm trying to build a cunstom format (I know, I know). The goal is to take 8 decks that never really got a chance to shine, and either give or take away their support cards until they are all around the same power level. This is going to be a LOT of trial and error, but the first step is working out the decks to use. So far, I'm thinking Fairy Dragon, F.A., Destiny Board, Time Thief, Ashened, and Ancient Warriors. That still leaves 2 more. Once I have all the decks picked, I'll design the cardpool, and then start testing to see what the strongest or weakest decks are, then add or remove support to try to balance it. Odds are this will go to shit, but I want to see if I can pull it off.

It's crazy to think in current year there are people that still hype up Full-Powered Zoo as a thing to be even remotely afraid of, every card being full combo might have been impressive back in its debut but nigga, even Prank-Kids with Meow-Mu could do that shit and Zoo's low ceiling has become a massive and obvious weakpoint. It's like trying to hype up Dragon Rulers, by 2012-2014 standards, they were insane infinite grind game engines, by modern standards, they're slow, inefficient, minusy and chug resources and take deck slots like nobody's business
