The real Yuki can see Hasaki and the rabbit doll, but the fake Yuki can't see them and sees Kagami and Tsukasa instead. If you do the Kagami or Tsukasa endings in DTRH1 then Yuki doesn't come back to help Tomosane and thus you get the ending of IMOI where Takuji wins. If you do the Zakuro ending of DTRH1, then Zakuro brings Yuki back (then Zakuro's spirit moves on when they're on the train), and Yuki returns in Jabberwocky to help Tomosane.
