Enemy jungler is bot side? You play safe so you don't get ganked, because if you are in the middle of the lane up to being extended under enemy tower, you are likely to get ganked. Notice how objectives are pushed whenever the jungler is dead, and how people focus the jungler when contesting them: it's because Smite is the sole tool to fairly contest them unless you are ChoGath or Nunu.This puts stress on laners too because they don't have to track only the enemy laner and a possible roam, so 2 elements already, they have to track both junglers and that makes it 4.Beside this, jungle objectives are a lot strong with their permanents stats.

I like 1 idea from Dota 2 Neutral itemsYou have a 7th inventory slot for the neutral item you cant put anything else into and you need to kill jungle camps(or have your teammate who already has his neutral item kill them and the points he earns will be shared among the team) and once you get enought shards you can craft a neutral item out of 3 diffrent randomly generated bases like hp potion,item that turns you into a really fast frog that cant autoattack etc. and 1 stat out of 3 randomly generated stats like gold per minute,lifesteal,% spell amp etc. and you can reroll your item every 10 minutes out of a pool of increasingly stronger items and highter stats each time or keep your current one.They should port that over to League.

Semi-Noob here, I can't seem to puncture past silver 3. Every-time I reach it, I just get matched with clowns and the mental fortitude of them is lower than the Mariana trench. Then a string of losses and I am back in bronze, then climb back up again. I have done this loop almost 30 times this year.
