Chinks are kinda right, it's not really just about SilverAsh not deleting stuffS2 takes a TWO uses to kill picrel, a basic enemy, when it seems to have a pretty high sp costAlso S2 generates no DP, and only decreases the cost of one operator. To balance it out they should make it generate at least some dp per use, maybe 5. As for the lackluster damage, nobody wants to bring Skadi just to make it decent, maybe change it so that every time he uses it every other operator that was affected by it in the deployment zone also uses it.As for S3, it's kinds ridiculous it does what a strategist does only one time and the just becomes a basic dp gen skill, maybe give it a passive where every 10 seconds it reduces all op cost by 1, up to 5 times, this would also help out the operator you made expensive by swapping earlier.As for it's damage, it's also pretty weak, takes 4 hits to kill a basic LT dog. I'd say turn it into true damage. Like the whole point of true damage is that it ignores defenses but HG makes the ops do low damage because of it. So his S3 already doing low damage would balance it. And this way he's still not a boss killer won't get walled by some tanky elite coming his way and can hold his own. Alternatively make it so the attacks from his eye placed on another operator use that operators ATK stat instead of SilverAsh's.

I think I saw the steam knights in an annihilation and they were pretty tough to deal with at the time.For an endboss it didn't leave as much of an impression as Patriot, but the fight still had that nice tension of an approaching large hunk of metal. Some side characters like Ascalon also got their spotlight, though I still don't know what to think of Shining. Oh, Logos too. He seems like an okay guy. Defninitely more interesting than Stainless.And everything got tied together with the fight against the last steam knight, being also one of the main themes of this chapter. Vina got her pointy stick and Dadga some much needed character development. So all is well? Well, not much happend throughout this chapter when looking back on it. We got some intel about a supply line and that's basically it. Not complaining about it because it was still a good ride.Compared to the rest I think that County Hillock was the best, and both chapter 10 and 11 are roughly tied. Also Reed content incoming?
