i remember when i read ks for the first time. i had heard about it before, but never gave it much thought until i randomly decided one day to download and install it. i started on hanako's path first. at the time it was summer break and with lots of free time i was reading crime and punishment as well. i'd alternate between c&p and ks throughout the day, but then after the first few routes (hanako, shizune, lily) i wanted to make the game last more so i played only about 2 in game days per irl day. i was saving rin for last bc i felt i was probably going to enjoy her route the most (which ended up being the case). it was probably the nicest and most peaceful/stress free time of my life, which i think is one of the reasons i look back on ks so fondly. the game honestly ended up having a pretty positive effect on me, spiritually and physically. i ended up getting into reading much more than i already was—likely due to a little ks influence—and imagining that i had a gf waiting for me at the end of the day helped me throughout my workouts (this sounds kind of pathetic though lol). however i did get pretty toned back then before my injury-end of my reminisce postanyone else remember the first time they played through the game/their first route? i hope this isn't too cliche to post since i don't come on this thread too often
