So many different locations and dungeons, but all of them are boring hallway romps broken up with large rooms that quite literally have 10-20 enemies (all the maxed level for their type) swarming you each time. Moreover, it floods your journal with bullshit named quests with the singular objective being "explore the dungeon/find the shit", when they could've just as easily been miscellaneous objectives.Aside from the topographical variety in the world design, it's not entertaining from a gameplay perspective. God knows the samey towns populated exclusively by robotic NPCs with generic vanilla dialogue isn't the appeal. Might as well play TES Arena if you want that.

I have something messing up a couple of my physical appearance mods. I have a dunmer face and hair overhaul, vanilla character reskins, and a meeko reskin and none are showing in game for some reason but others are. Could bodyslide be messing them up? I would post my load order but pastebin won't let me (I have a ton of mods anyways, I used the Northern Experience modlist as a base and have been tweaking it since, notably removing the unrealistic body proportions and gay stuff he added)

Really the only good part of BCE is the bard outfit and backpacks. Unless you play as the dragonborn like Todd intended, BCE is kinda dull. Nothing really to do with being a bard but just expanding on the Thu'um mechanic to kill another dragon, it also requires you to progress in the MQ to do it, which is really no surprise since it's thu'um focused. Also for some reason the interior cells need patches, I don't know why in the case of the Winking Skeever, it should only just be a few placed NPCs but if you use JKs, HS, or anything that edits the interior of that cell it won't be there for one of the starter quests. The inn for that quest will be reverted back to vanilla, it's like he made a duplicate copy of the inn for the quest and linked it for that. Went in blind hoping for some fun bard adventures and found myself having to do the main quest just to progress. It's not full of every deity and stuff that gives you godlike powers, and the favor mechanic isn't as punishing, so it feels less gamey and OP. No big worldspace shrine additions, but there's minor shrines added in places that might have weird placement if the area is modded. All the city temples have changes so if you use modded interiors you either need to patch out GnW or remove the modded interior.
