Apparently, this is going to be a melee class with transformation style combat. All of these three are a single class path. Druid -> Karnos -> Alitea.
If it works like Ninja and Gunslingers, it means Druid is going to be Lv1 to Lv99, Karnos will be Lv100 to Lv200 and Alitea will be the 4th job from Lv200 to cap.

It's the first time since Doram that we're getting an entirely new class. I wonder if Druid will be something that we can just plug into Pre-Renewal and it will just work?
They unveiled this at a tournament in Korea so maybe more details will come out soon. I wonder what kind of weapon they'll use.

Hollow Poring guide for literal retards:
To start with, the Poring has FFXIV mechanics which force you to play "Simon says" at regular intervals. These commands will be announced in the middle of the top of your screen and are as follows;
SPREAD = A circle appears around you, run anywhere but south and do not hug anyone else(If you are a priest, the south is where you go)
STACK = A circle appears around one person, group hug at the south around that person.
INN = Run to the dark inner tiles
OUT = Run to the light outer tiles
If you succeed, the animation that usually plays when you get resurrected will show up(This means the mechanic is over).(The angel, dumbass)
If you fail on the other hand, it leads to instant death, your illiteracy proven and clip posted in the thread for -50DKP. Keep in mind dead players do still get included in the SPREAD and STACK mechanics.
Boss info: 20M HP, Undead 4, Race = Undead, Size = Medium. TL;DR Fire/Holy 200% dmg, Water 150% dmg
Recommended gear: Wind spirit armor with Marc(Best), Dokebi armor(melee) or Marc armor(Ranged/Support) and Horn/Alice/Teddy shield.
Supplies to bring: 100+ HP potions, 50+ greens, SP pots depending on your setup.
The Poring will spam ranged attacks, HJ, Wide Freeze, LoV and spawn tanky Deviruchi adds that spam JT at your party.
For the ranged attacks, you can either have 275/325 flee(Depends on if you have Wiz for quag), stand in pneuma or outrange him.(The latter 2 apply to HJ too)
For the LoV, Stand on LP or wear dokebi/wind armor.
For the Wide Freeze, wear Marc,pray your priest has a Marc or pray the poring does not do a mechanic while you are frozen.
For the Deviruchis, focus them immediately or watch as they JT the one guy who got designated STACK out of the stack.
Smack the Poring until his hp bar depletes and you get to leave the instance with 2 poring capsules.

I used to play Ninja on WoE. I would cast Watery Evasion on the entrance/stairs and my guild frens would spam Water Ball on the slowed invaders, which would also be hit with Divest by the Stalkers while also being targeted by other DPS classes.

There's a few you can make.

Triple Hillslion is decent dmg vs everything.
Triple Hunter Fly is very good for sustain / survivability if using warmth or heat, as the speed will proc the leech a lot.

If you have very high str, size cards are nice
If you're playing on a server with AK cards (so not ccro), replacing one Hunter Fly with AK is both more damage and leech if you have a succubus pet
Likewise a triple AK one is fantastic if you can afford it / bother with the grind

You may want 1 zipper bear in your warmth / heat book(s) if you plan on using for farming (skegs, gorge) along with the rest of the merchant set, as it will massively help with maintaining sp.

v3 is a bit different due to its card set changes and giga buffed sp regen.

Early on prioritize SP regen, if you get a dracula card it basically solves your entire SP issue permanently
Later on like that guy said wool+tidal is just universally good and until you get to endgame stuff like diabolus gear, the wool+tidal will last. You can even break them up to +9 if you're insane
Raydric rune is your bread and butter if you're SVD, Harpy rune can work as a discount raydric. Boots are basically verit, you can go sohee if you REALLY want more SP but the hp on verit is great
Armors you just want your default bathory+pasana, porcellio is good if it hits a breakpoint, marc if you need unfrozen
Best helms are either Magnis, Darkness Helm (from the soul shop), or maybe 1s helms if you break them and explicitly want to defense max, but magnis are easily farmed and the best if you run odins+stone buckler for defense.

weapons are either Krasnayas if 2h sword, broccas or 4s pikes if 1handed spear, and some form of high atk or def pierce if you want 2h (gae bolg for instance if you are farming dragons, ahlspiess if you need def pierce and don't have brocca but you suffer without shield). You can also just put on a dagger or sword+shield if your goal is to bowling bash, you're not hard locked into any one weapon type as knight

Sorry I haven't been on much lately. I haven't felt like playing much RO or anything really, and that's not likely to change soon. My brother is in the hospital with liver failure and it doesn't look good. A transplant will likely be necessary, and I'm the prime candidate for a donor, assuming we have compatible blood types. Livers are basically a proto-organ made out of something close to stem cells, that just happened to be useful for filtering out toxic compounds. They work by taking those compounds in and partially dying (at least on a cellular level) and then regenerating. A healthy liver can be partially removed and transplanted and it will simply grow back. There aren't even any long term side effects. Be nice to your liver, it's working hard for you every day.

Yeah I'm not worried about myself, I'm just really concerned for my brother. I'm happy to donate some of my liver if I can, but we don't even know if I'm a match yet. If not then that raises a whole different laundry list of issues that will need to be addressed. This is also not something that can be resolved quickly, it's likely going to be months even under good circumstances. That's on top of the several weeks since his issues started getting bad (he's been in the hospital for a week now). And seeing him in the hospital bed in the state he's in has just been wrecking me, but I have to put on a strong front around him to help keep his spirits up. And the icing on the cake is that this happened while my dad was on a long trip so I've been dealing with it alone, but thankfully he's coming back tomorrow. I know we'll get through this but it's going to be a hell of a road to go down.

Atroce does no ranged attacks and nothing on his maps is too troublesome. Most players kite him.
His attack is 2500~3600 and he does both power-up and 2H Quicken. His HP is also too high for you to just hope to kill him before he kills you. Once at low HP he will start hitting for 10k damage at max attack speed. Tanking him is less than ideal because of this, he just hurts way too much. Unless you have nearly unkillable levels of damage reduction, you don't want to deal with him like that.
If you are able to get the required reduction/def, you just need to wear Bathory/Evil Druid armor to avoid his NPC_DARKNESSATTACK. Another thing to note is that he has a special conditional that makes him use Magnum Break if there are more than 2 players close to him, you don't want that. If you have more than 1 helper or someone else shows up to compete, he'll start using Magnum Break.
If you can't reach the required reductions, you'll want to use Safety Wall. Kill all but one of his slaves to reduce the burden on the Priest. Because he attacks at 190 ASPD at low HP, you want to make sure you can take at least one or two hits, and that you can finish him quick enough before he gets a skill attack during that gap where you're unprotected.

Hate to vent but I asked several times for Atroce help even before reset and I couldn't get any for like the 10 seconds it takes to kill him

Sage A lets you freely endow and be aggressive with your skills
Sage B lets you act as an SP battery like professor does
Without either, you can still come along, nobody gets cliqued because of class choice, it's just fair warning that sage without a costume is not very fun, it's something ccRO needs to fix. sage is still needed to press land protector/deluge, and it can still contribute with dispels/spell breakers/safety walls, it's not useless, but if someone is asking about making a class, just let them know about the cons before they commit

In my pretty extensive testing, hat + set (+ Succ pet) is really, really worth it in situations where you aren't just gonna pop a few MVPs and then go do something else.

With the combination you can quite freely bounce around upper Thana + ET floors and melt everything with heat. You can actually sustain against Beel, which otherwise drains like 150 sp per second.
For farming, Skegs and Gorge (including the Valks) become really comfy and very "cheap" as you don't need a lot of consumables.

Though to do Incarn Valks while wearing the set, you need to be well geared and carded because dark grand cross without bathory armor hurts like hell.
(Pro tip for anyone wanting to do them without top tier gear + card count is to use isis rune in your garment and if possible a valk shield, and try to get your hp high enough to not be one shot by pulse since you will now lack raydric. You will still go down to like 10%-20% hp and need pot a lot, but it works, if a little stressful)
