The best move is to sit there and block 90% of the time. Even a fullscreeen projectile is just an invitation to take damage, not a challenge to the opponent. There's no threat there. You just take damage, every time.

More than 50% of my ranked opponents tonight have been Cagliostro and it's just as insufferable as I remember. I'm having special trouble dealing with Cag's traps; Anila's 2U reaches very far but gets stuff by Cag mashing f.H midscreen, which is something Cag players are going to do anyway, so finding a way to threaten Cag without getting hit by the traps is a must
