Most likely when they decide to conclude the glowie arc and the the games goes into a new big phase/arc the OG elmo squad will get destroyed and be forced to get new bodies for the plot. Gameplay wise we'll have to grind/spend for some new resource to actually upgrade them. Maybe they'll be generous and give us one free upgrade or Groza gets it once you progress the story or something. No doubt in my mind if the game doesn't just eos suddenly that their plan is to introduce gen3 dolls/upgrades and start off with the groza squad. They'll introduce some new gameplay gimmick like multiclassing, multielement, or like talent trees with swappable skills. Who knows what bullshit they decide to do, but they definitely have some big thing in the works for gen3 shit.
