You have a strong one time only opener transitioning to a utility role on subsequent uses, needing stay on field for that and falling behind on DP gen after the opening+swap, only generating 1.5 DP per second during s3. In an opening like this, you need your lowest DP cost operator out before your highest DP cost, meaning you have to deploy SAlt, natural DP gen until you get Leizi out, finally S3 swapping Ling and Yu to get him out earlier. This is a bad usecase for him, which I only post because it's an example with Tragodia and Yu in it which was mentioned. Obviously, he has a stronger usecase for the swap in a situation not requiring your lowest cost operator to be deployed earlier than the swap target, but he still falls behind on DP and contemporary openings with Saileach and an optional Bagpipe seem fast enough without swaps, excepting triple DP cost risks or DP capped CCs which I could absolutely see him used for.
