I said this before but the 1# problem with this game is the character designs, they just fucking suck. They overdesigned and lack any style or substance, just 50 million details glued onto a single model, as if noone asked during development "do these characters look good? Would people want to actually spend money on them?"They need to pull a WuWa and fire their art team and replace them with character designers who know what the fuck they're doing. WuWa had dogshit slop character designs at launch, and then suddenly they released Camellya, and then Changli, and then Shorekeeper. And then 2.0 was revealed and it was clear the entire art direction had changed, and now everyone loves the designs, they haven't had a single miss since 2.0. Simply put DNA just fucked up when they hired whoever the it was they hired to design their characters. That was the true death sentence for this game. Unless they can replace them with actual talented character designers than this game is doomed.
