Say you have 110 pulls on the Chitose banner because you got luckraped, if you 10 pull again and don't get her then it means you get a spark Chitose and then with 40 pulls you're guaranteed to get Shia. But if you get Chitose in those 10 rolls then you have one dupe Chitose and need up to 120 pulls to get Shia which is a way worse situation?
