Didn't pay much attention to retaliation skills when they came out. But looking at it right now, aren't they kind of insane? Specially Eviscerate. It hits for 15x of base damage and has a gigantic AoE, so I thought it would come with a hefty cooldown. To my surprise, it's freaking 3 seconds only, and you can reduce it further. Add to the fact they are adding a shield that lets you to proc it at will, this build will have no downsides whatsoever
