Midnight is the first expansion where most of the changes and additions are actively looking bad. It is very light on features, it looks cheap, its biggest feature - Housing - is already riddled with all possible cow milking and MAU engaging instruments, while being very limited and underwhelming. Class design for the first time in 20 years is mostly bad for the most specs, screaming of being dumbing down. Story itself and its quality are at their lowest points In the history of Warcrafr franchise too. Speaking of cheapness, can't not mention atrocity of green dark spear trolls larping as Forest ones and most of the assets being the leftovers from BFA, SL, DF and TWW. And I didn't even mention Addon replacement that looks and functions terrible and will fuck up the whole expansion. All of that in what looks like glorified big patch instead of a true expansion. It's extremely grim.

Aldrachi takes a mostly passive ability and makes it a proc you have to manually activate that only procs once in a while. Felscarred your entire base kit is upgraded your entire demon form duration which is most of the time. It feels way better for your eye beam and even immolation aura being giga buffed than SOMETIMES throw glaive. Felscarred also does huge burst damage which is great for low content.
