Decks that entirely play through Maxx C are few and far between especially if they do the hold Maxx C until you commit to a special summon routine. Playing around it through low investment boards will net them one to two draws still which still makes it the best handtrap in the game.Droll is actually fairly reasonable to play around by comparison and some decks can do it innately and some can beat/mitigate droll with careful planning. My shitty combo petdeck can beat Droll like 70% of the time. The issue being a lot of shitty and underpowered decks can't beat Droll and it's arguably a more 'feels bad' card in those cases because you're being stopped from doing something rather than strongly discouraged. Not droll apologism btw I really fucking hate the card and would be happy if it got banned
