SisKasumi Cross-ReviewEruru: Without a doubt, the strongest light mage debufferSisKasumi deals great damage while having unmatched debuff numbers, and even has team utility. A character that will be an auto-include in Light mage parties, which were sorely lacking in defense debuffs. Note that there is an extremely stacked prize banner running alongside SisKasumi's banner (Ho-oh, Wakana, ACroce, PAoi). If you're missing 2 or more of those characters, you might want to prioritize that banner over SisKasumi. There's a lot of value in spending a spark to potentially get 2 great characters instead of just 1 (SisKasumi). That being said, SisKasumi is a very strong character who is practically guaranteed to see use in Light mage parties.Leonmaru: The strongest Light mage debuff attacker has arrivedVery strong and efficient debuffer + attacker who works against both ST and MT bosses. Her defense debuff numbers are potentially among the highest in the game, which was very much needed in Light mage. SisKasumi is extremely likely to show up in future Light mage parties (about 70-80% of light mage parties), so I recommend pulling her. However, Light mage is a fairly difficult premium party to form, being chock full of rather recent Limited units. If you're broke/coping on jewels, I wouldn't say you absolutely need SisKasumi. Common points/my thoughts:Performance-wise SisKasumi looks like a very strong character who you likely won't regret pulling. She does suffer from rather unfortunate timing though, with her banner running parallel to the aforementioned stacked prize banner. If you're missing only one of those broken rerun units, then going for the shiny and new SisKasumi is probably better. But if you're missing two or even three of them, I think it's an easy choice to go for the prize banner instead.
