Whichever color is shown is the one the enemy is weak to, (You) seemingly suffer no weakness, and most people are just brute forcing it with their best and/or highest level characters rather than color matching. The biggest impact, imo, is that color matching does more "tenacity" damage, which is the break meter. When you break an enemy you get 1 ap back.
