That's something i'm honestly a bit less clear on. I think if blue evolution is supposed to be grade 2, I think it would be nice if vegeta was able to get "mastered" blue and a hypothetical super saiyan blue 2, as a redemption for his actions and showing he learned from his mistakes in developing super saiyan from back in cell saga. Tbh I've just always love the name Royal Blue and I'd just like him to attach it to some kind of form in an official sense. You can tell the only reason Vegeta doeesn't grow is because Toriyama and Shueisha do not want him to, they only accepted that he grew to care about his family because the fanbase reacted extremely positive to that part of his character back in battle of gods, not just the japanese fanbase but the global fanbase, it became one of his most defining moments, but that's where it ends as far as they were concerned.

You could almost feel Toyotaro's desperation in to make Vegeta be the star in the Moro and Granola arcs, Vegeta trying to redeem himself for his past brutality by priotizing saving the Namkians, Vegeta going to yardrat to learn spirti fission, instant transmission and hone his craft is given more focus than Goku and Meerus's training to have Goku activate Ultra instinct at will, when it's time for the show down, Vegeta shows up, punches the spirits out of Moro saving the namkikans and putting Moro on the backfoot, and yet in 2 pages Moro evades Vegeta, eats 73, kills the hedgehog guy for good measure, gets even stronger and knocks Vegeta out with his own technique dismissing it as a basic chi blast, this is also the first time Big Bang Attack has been seen since he used it to kill Android 19 in canon.

Then the Granola arc happens, Beerus finally comes clean to him that he ordered Freiza to kill the saiyans, then Beerus opts to train Vegeta in destruction techinques resulting in Ultra Ego, seeing Granola as a past victim of typical saiyan genocide, Vegeta doesn't so much as try to reason with Granola but try to dive into his Majin Vegeta mindset to kill him with Ultra Ego and keeps walking into Granola's attacks and pressuring him to hit him more until he pushes Granola so far that he starts up a suicide attack intending on killing himself and Vegeta, almost like accepting death as punishment for being part of a genocider Vegeta doesn't even attempt to resist

Goku's story ended 30 years ago when he flew away with Uub. They should end this zombie franchise if "Dragon Ball is ultimately Goku's story".

my issue with the idea of Goku being put out to pasture is the only person who can reasonably replace him is Gohan, and we already tried that. Dragon Ball Super (and to a lesser extent , Daima) wants to have its cake and eat it too. It wants the recognizable Goku and Vegeta they have always had and have them to act and look as their most iconic iterations. It wants the dumb Goku who's still a student despite Goku becoming a true master by the Cell Arc. It wants the Piccolo sacrificing himself for Gohan despite Gohan being a grown ass man. It wants the Gohan that gets angry and gets serious despite him retiring from the battlefield at age 20. It wants the Vegeta that seethes over Goku despite Vegeta acknowledging Goku as the true numbah wan.

theoretically yes but practically no because Revamp Team have already done a lot of that, so you could just work a deal out with them like Bethesda does for the mods they include in their Anniversary Editions and like Rockstar have done with the GTA RP launcher or whatever it is.

the new models are objectively better and are more expressive, but what a lot of fans really want at a glance is for character to be less glossy and shiny and cheap looking, and most of that is determined by something called a dyt files. you can see what i mean in the image you posted because Goku's model is signficantly glossier and more plastic looking than Broly's. here's a couple examples from Revamp though. this is vanilla Kid Buu.

Goku is less central to dragon ball than Tanjiro is to demon slayer or shinichi izumi is to parasyte.

But my point is more that no one can really replace goku because goku provides a specific narrative niche that no one else in this series can. Vegeta used to be able to do it as his pride also faccilitated plot developments, but nowadays it's really only goku who can do it

On my ki blast female majin, I dump 200 into HP, 200 into a damage type of my choice (ki super), 87 into stamina for 14 bars and 17 into ki for 11 bars with this QQ bang, then dump the rest into basic.
if you want 15 stamina, invest 114 points. i only round up my ki to 11 bars so i have less trouble fighting people using "Something deadly is about to happen" on ranked. its a bit overkill and most people would probably disagree with me for doing this. its a matter of personal preference. you could easily invest those 17 points into whatever damage you want. just make sure you max dump HP and get however many bars of stamina you want first before investing into damage.

sometimes i do for pve, but typically i prefer to bring a soul that has ki auto recovery so i can gain ki even when the fight is slow. most of my sets are for pvp and if you use a charge that isnt burst charge, you basically have a dead slot.
