Albert is a fairly safe keep on mull since he's good on 5 and the rest of your deck is more generous than the average Portal list. You'll always mull a Beelzebub even if your other 3 cards give you a strong curve. If you're not playing the deck yourself, Beelzebub sometimes doesn't get shot gunned on 9 if he can't stabilize or if the Portal player wants to play for a longer game and holds him as removal. Albert is basically always represented on 9 even if he doesn't actually get played to force the opponent to play around him.That said we all know that's bullshit and what's really happening is that certain cards have bad karma which is why you never see Beelzebubs or Sham on time while other cards have good karma and will themselves into your hand on turn 4 like Marwynn.
