Having tested Allen Greg better, he can work but only if you completely ignore his Tremor variant and if you put him on the first slot with N. Shu passive.That way he get +1 bleed/tremor count as long as you have a lust res and you can just reliably proc his deep/fatal wound reliably without having to worry about him being complete garbage with his count
